Beia Consult announces the launch of Panasonic’s PanaPro application for callcenters. This is based on the complex, but easy-to-use PanaPro system that has a powerful core along with plenty of useful software functions. Moreover, PanaPro is compatible with the NS-500 range of PBX’s, requiring only an additional license.
PanaPro works in areas such as helpline, helpdesk, healthcare, public administration and customer service, allowing calls reporting and online viewing of the current status in the PBX, showing log-in time of every agent in each group, also supporting agent’s work by showing the information about current connections and identifying the customer in database or by sending call information to an external CRM.

To get it ready for the market, Avinor, the Norwegian airport integrator, put the VENTUS-X to the test last winter.
